DIMENSIONS

You have the option to purchase the Hidee to hold any combination of three of these various size bins: 32-gallon, 64-gallon, or 96-gallon.

The dimensions listed in the charts below are specifically based on the bins from Recology of San Francisco.

If you are not using the bins provided by Recology, please consult the formulas provided at the bottom of this page to determine the correct size Hidee that will perfectly fit your specific garbage bins.

Three sets of dimensions are shown in the charts:

  1. INSIDE Dimensions

  2. OUTSIDE Dimensions - Doors and/or lid closed

  3. OVERALL Dimensions - Doors and/or lid opened

Each set of dimensions include:

W (width) - Distance measured from left to right.

D (depth) - Distance measured from front to back.

H (height) - Distance measured from top to bottom.


CALCULATE INSIDE DIMENSION IF NOT USING RECOLOGY’S BINS

If you are not using the bins provided by Recology, please consult the formulas provided BELOW to determine the correct size Hidee that will perfectly fit your specific garbage bins.INSIDE DIMENSIONS

CLASSIC HIDEE

  1. Bin 1 WIDTH + bin 2 WIDTH + bin 3 WIDTH + 1” should not exceed the INSIDE WIDTH,

  2. DEPTH of largest bin + 1/2” should not exceed the INSIDE DEPTH,

  3. HEIGHT of largest bin + 1/2” should not exceed the INSIDE HEIGHT,

  4. EXAMPLE:

    • Your bins are round where bin 1 WIDTH = 18”, bin 2 WIDTH = 18” and  bin 3 WIDTH = 22”,

      18” + 18” + 22” + 1” = 59”,

      59” should not exceed the INSIDE WIDTH.

    • The depth of your largest bin is 22”,

      22” + 1/2” = 22-1/2”,

      22-1/2” should not exceed the INSIDE DEPTH.

    • The height of your largest bin is 40”,

      40” + 1/2” = 40-1/2”,

      40-1/2” should not exceed the INSIDE HEIGHT.

    • Looking at the DIMENSIONS chart for CLASSIC HIDEE MODEL 1, THE BIN SIZES 16 16 64 is the smallest size to accommodate your three bins.

BRINA HIDEE

  1. Bin 1 DEPTH + bin 2 DEPTH + bin 3 DEPTH + 1” should not exceed the INSIDE WIDTH,

  2. WIDTH of largest bin + 1/2” should not exceed the INSIDE DEPTH,

  3. HEIGHT of largest bin + 1/2” should not exceed the INSIDE HEIGHT.
