  • One to two weeks is typically the time frame we’re looking at, but it may vary depending on our current workload. We want to keep you in the loop, so we’ll be sure to contact you a few days before your order is finished to schedule a convenient day and time for delivery.

  • Delivery is free within San Francisco. For the remainder of the Bay Area, a delivery fee of $150 applies.

  • No — your Hidee arrives in sections and requires assembly on-site. Expect assembly to take roughly two to four hours, depending on the model you ordered.

  • Not at this time. Perhaps we will if demand warrants expanding our shipping options in the future.

  • Trash Bin Hidee warrants all materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

    Restrictions:

    1. Payments must be made in full.

    2. Trash Bin Hidee’s liability under a warranty claim will not exceed the Total Price charged for the product.

    3. The customer shall make warranty claims immediately upon discovering defect or performance problem.

    4. The product has not been modified in any manor except when normal maintenance is performed.

    5. Product must be used for ordinary residential purposes. Rental or other commercial use is not allowed.

    6. The Hidee has not been moved from it’s original installation location.

  • We recommend a level surface of concrete, brick, or pavers for the best stability and longevity. If placed on bare dirt, grass, or gravel, first lay a plastic moisture barrier at least 5 mils thick or a similar high-quality weed barrier to protect the wood and reduce settling.

  • Feet support the Hidee and are adjustable up to two inches. Consequently, the surface should not slope more than two inches between opposite corners; otherwise, leveling pedestals will be installed. The use of leveling pedestals raises the floor on one side, so the maximum height difference from one side to the other cannot exceed nine inches. Therefore, you may wish to consider adding a ramp to accommodate larger slopes.

  • We use sturdy Douglas Fir lumber for the frame. You can choose the Hidee exterior. Options include T1-11 plywood siding, rich Redwood, or durable Ipe.

  • The exterior is left unfinished by default unless paint or stain is specifically requested and ordered.
